About Us

The Ram's Horn by Ram News Network is a student-run newspaper and media platform intended for alumni, faculty, staff, and most importantly, our students at Albany State University in Albany, GA. While The Ram's Horn has a faculty advisor, the newspaper is independent, leaving students to make all editorial decisions regarding the publication. The Ram's Horn functions within the bounds of the student handbook and in accordance with the freedom of expression policy.

The newspaper strives to act as a voice for all members of the community. Whether this is news coverage or advertisements, The Ram's Horn knows how to reach the community because we are a part of it.
